Untold Story
The idea of this project was born out of the not-for-profit charity Little Free Library. It started in the States and now is a global organisation. It is a meeting point for local people and their children to exchange books. I was fascinated with the idea of sharing, recycling and giving a new life to those books over and over again. I imagined these books constantly moving as they travel from one home to another. Every book has a story to tell, and every reader will experience it with an individual sensitivity The book is a meeting point the author and the reader. Now it's exchanged through a local community it becomes an invisible meeting point which holds other people's stories. I imagined there is more than one story to tell about a particular book, even though those stories may never be told.
